Over 30 owners, financial controllers, and foreign trade professionals from steel trading enterprises within the park gathered to engage in face‑to‑face discussions and case study analyses with the instructor. The session focused on practical topics including export tax rebates, cross‑border fund compliance, and tax risk prevention.

Less than two weeks earlier, on May 14, a special seminar titled “Standardized Invoicing and Compliant Operations” was also held at the park. The seminar directly addressed the invoice management pain points faced by merchants in their daily operations, and incorporated the latest positive and negative lists for compliant invoicing issued by the tax authorities. It helped participants clearly distinguish the “benchmark” for correct invoicing from the “red line” of non‑compliance, thereby mitigating operational risks at the source.

From invoicing compliance to financial and tax strategies for global expansion, Lecong Steel World has delivered two practical, demand‑driven training sessions that reinforce the operational foundation for businesses within the park.

Strengthening Internal and External Capabilities – Empowering Diverse Competencies

If the financial and tax sessions were about "securing the foundation" for merchants, then the four marketing training sessions held throughout 2025–2026 were about "broadening the pathways" for their growth.

From September to October 2025, Lecong Steel World launched a series of public welfare training programs on all-media marketing, with three empowering sessions held in succession: The first session, "Practical Short Video Marketing for Domestic B2B Enterprises," provided free new-media operation guidance for park enterprises, helping merchants master the effective application of short videos in industrial product marketing. The second session, "How to Develop New Key Accounts," focused on the domestic market, exploring modules such as "tiered account management" and "mobilizing company-wide sales development," offering fresh perspectives for breaking through performance bottlenecks. The third session, "Practical Digital Marketing for Steel Enterprises Going Global," addressed practical challenges including overseas platform selection and advertising strategies.

In 2026, Lecong Steel World continued to empower merchants in their digital global expansion. The specialized session "How the Steel Industry Can Leverage Google and Social Media for Dual-Channel Lead Generation in the AI Era" focused on three core modules – AI empowerment, Google advertising, and social media lead generation – and provided merchants with a full-funnel overseas marketing strategy reference tailored to the characteristics of the steel industry.

Since 2024, during each Canton Fair session, the park has hosted two resource matchmaking events, attracting buyers from over 50 countries across ASEAN, South Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, and beyond to visit the park in person. These events create a multi-dimensional interactive experience combining "metal product exhibitions, showroom visits, and supply-demand networking."
