Project introduction: The raw material of copper-nickel alloy mesh must be made of C70620, which is difficult to process. The melting point of the material is lower than that of ordinary steel, with obvious hot brittleness and high thermal conductivity, in the solid-liquid stage after welding, the heat-affected zone is easy to cause hot cracks or even burn through the alloy rod; Moreover, the copper-nickel alloy has a large expansion coefficient and high shrinkage, and it is easy to produce deformation and bending during the welding process. Due to these fragility and high material value, the project supply risk is extremely high. Therefore, to meet the smooth delivery of materials, a large number of highly skilled welding engineers must be completed.
